The necklace has a handmade 14K gold link extender and a 14K gold lobster clasp and is adjustable from 18-20 inches- a nice feature if you want to layer this piece with other necklaces. Option #2  (2.5-3 mm)- the same gemstones, slightly smaller, 16 in. length without spacer beads and finished with a sterling silver clasp. This size is a nice choice for your top necklace (if you like to layer) and is a good choice if you wear both silver and gold jewelry, as it's made without spacers of either metal.
