When will my order ship?


Orders generally ship within ten days of order date. Oftentimes it’s sooner. If you need something quickly or by a specific date, please email me prior to placing your order to ensure that I can accommodate your request.




Can I pick up my order?


Yes, my studio is in Salt Lake City. Choose the “pick up” option during checkout and I’ll contact you to arrange a time.




Can I choose a different chain length or style for my necklace than what you have listed?


Yes. If you would like a custom length or style please email me prior to purchasing as this can affect cost.




Do you accept returns?


Returns are accepted up to two weeks after receiving your order. Please return jewelry in its original packaging, send your item back USPS Priority Mail, and email the tracking number to me. Returns are not accepted on custom jewelry.




Do you create custom pieces?


Yes, please contact me to discuss.




What are the “polished” and “matte” finish options?


These refer to how the metal looks. Polished is shiny and more reflective and you will receive a polishing cloth to help preserve the finish. Matte is flat and tends to looks more artisan-made, particularly with gold. Also matte gold has a more casual look than polished gold. I sometimes have recommendations for the finish depending on the piece so if you’re unsure let’s talk about it.




Do you make repairs?


If you need a sharpewerks piece repaired or would like to re-order a misplaced earring, please contact me. Each order will be taken care of individually and may include an additional fee.
