Backstory~I made an outfit recently for a friend's disco party and I felt like I was working with liquid gold; the material is so pretty and sparkly! I had some leftover material and was inspired to make some holiday earrings. The process was really fun, albeit somewhat time- consuming, given the small swatches of (very!) slippery fabric that needed to be sewed together and ironed at several stages before I secured them to the custom gold-filled attachments.
