A voluminous, highly polished, statement ring hand-carved from wax then cast in 18K yellow gold. The face is approximately .5 inch wide and 1.5 inches across, total weight for a size 6.5  is 19.4 grams. The ring was inspired by the bold, statement-making, yellow gold jewelry of the 1970s (my favorite jewelry decade)! The dome-shaped ring has been around since (at least) the Art Deco period of the 1930s. There are lots of styles of dome rings, but my two favorites are as above (completely unadorned) or set with one to four gemstones. Either way the emphasis is on the shape and finish of the dome.  Each ring is made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
